3. Ordering & Payment

When placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • Artwork and design specifications

Payment must be completed before an order enters production, unless another payment arrangement has been agreed upon.

4. Artwork & File Requirements

Customers must submit artwork that meets our Artwork & File Requirements.

For best printing results, we recommend:

  • PNG files with transparent backgrounds

  • 300 DPI resolution at the intended print size

  • Clear, high-quality graphics

  • Correct dimensions and design placement

  • Properly arranged gang sheet layouts

Colossal Prints prints artwork as submitted.

Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy, quality, spelling, colors, and layout of their submitted designs.

We are not responsible for printing defects directly caused by poor-quality or incorrectly prepared customer artwork, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Artwork Ownership & Copyright

By submitting artwork to Colossal Prints, you confirm that you own the artwork or have the necessary permission, license, or authorization to reproduce it.

Customers must not submit designs that violate third-party copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your original artwork.

By uploading your artwork, you grant Colossal Prints a limited license to use, reproduce, and process the files as necessary to fulfill your order and provide related support.

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing artwork that we reasonably believe violates applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

6. Product Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Product prices may vary based on transfer size, gang sheet dimensions, quantity, or selected options.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional fees, if any, will be presented during checkout before the order is completed.

Because our DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom-made, production times may vary depending on order volume, artwork readiness, and other operational factors.

Any production estimate provided is subject to change.

If an unexpected delay affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant updates.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping availability, costs, and estimated delivery times may depend on the customer's location and selected shipping service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Colossal Prints is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer-provided addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can review the situation and assist with an appropriate resolution.

10. DTF Transfer Application & Care

Proper heat press application is essential to achieving the best results with DTF transfers.

Customers are responsible for using appropriate:

  • Heat press temperature

  • Pressing time

  • Pressure

  • Peeling method

  • Fabric compatibility

  • Washing and garment care procedures

Application requirements may vary depending on the transfer film, adhesive, fabric, and equipment.

Colossal Prints is not responsible for damage directly caused by improper application, misuse, or failure to follow applicable product instructions.

This does not exclude responsibility for defective products or other obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon before production.
