Colossal Prints Return & Refund Policy

At Colossal Prints, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in providing high-quality custom DTF transfers and DTF gang sheets to help bring your creative designs to life.

Because our products are custom printed according to each customer's specifications, please review the following information before placing your order.

1. Custom-Made Products

All DTF transfers and custom DTF gang sheets are produced using the artwork, sizes, and quantities selected by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, returns and exchanges for customer preference changes or ordering mistakes may not be available once production has begun.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name and email address

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the affected items

We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

3. Artwork & Customer Errors

At Colossal Prints, artwork is printed as submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their files meet our Artwork & File Requirements, including:

  • Correct spelling and design details

  • Proper image size and dimensions

  • High-resolution artwork

  • Transparent PNG backgrounds

  • Correct quantity and transfer size

  • Accurate gang sheet layouts

We may not be able to offer refunds or replacements for printing results caused by incorrect customer-supplied artwork, low-resolution images, unwanted backgrounds, or ordering errors.

This does not affect your rights if we fail to produce your order according to the agreed specifications.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because custom DTF transfers are made to order, cancellation or modification requests may not be possible once printing or production has started.

Requests will be reviewed based on the order's production status.

5. Application & Heat Press Issues

Proper application is essential for achieving the best results with DTF transfers.

We recommend following the appropriate DTF Heat Press Instructions, including the correct temperature, pressure, pressing time, and peeling method.

Colossal Prints may not be responsible for damage caused by:

  • Incorrect heat press temperatures

  • Insufficient or excessive pressure

  • Improper peeling techniques

  • Incompatible fabrics

  • Incorrect garment washing or care

  • Application errors after delivery

If you believe the transfer itself was defective, please contact us with photographs and details so we can investigate.

6. Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us with your order details and supporting photographs.

For packages that appear lost or delayed, reach out to us so we can review the available tracking information and assist with the next steps.

Any refund or replacement eligibility will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection requirements.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, we will provide information about the refund amount and processing method.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, where possible.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

8. Contact Us
